Destination Wedding Photography // St. John's // Jasmine and Josh

A destination wedding in St. John's?? Awesome! Jasmine and Josh decided to take their vows in St. John's as opposed to a destination wedding somewhere in the South. They had always wanted to come to the East Coast and the recent Newfoundland Tourism Ads did their job in recruiting these two to share one of the most important days in their life here in St. John's! They arrived on Thursday evening and we got together for a coffee having only spoke over the phone. I could tell immediately they were both very excited to get married and especially get married on Signal Hill! The photographer in me cringed with the thought of that wind! haha. But nonetheless I assured them we'd make it work despite what Mother Nature might throw at us. And When the big day arrived we had it was gorgeous out - very fitting weather for these two great people!

So together with their close friends and family they said their vows at the Queen's Battery on Signal Hill and will forever hold St. John's and Newfoundland in a special place in their hearts. Thanks Jasmine and Josh for choosing me to document your day. It was so much fun getting to know both of you and showing you around our beautiful city for a few days.
